我們非常榮幸地宣布，引頸期盼的 HITCON CTF Attack & Defense 即將開始
預賽時間為 11/4(六) 10:00 ~ 11/6(一) 10:00 (共48HR)
前十名的國際隊伍以及前兩名的台灣隊伍將受邀參加 12 月 8 - 9 號於台北舉行的 HITCON CTF Final

We are pleased to announce that the HITCON CTF "Attack & Defense" competition is about to start.
Time for qualification is Nov 4 10:00 AM ~ Nov 6 10:00 PM (GMT+8, 48 hours)
Top 10 international teams and top 2 Taiwan teams will be invited to HITCON CTF Final on Dec 8-9
( Onsite Attack & Defense in Taipei, 4 players / team )

競賽說明
- 10/28 00:00 開放線上註冊
- 預賽為 48 小時的線上 Jeopardy 形式
- 競賽採取積分累計制，比賽結束後依分數高低判定優勝，提供決賽資格予優勝者。同分者，依最後一次正確提交的時間判定
- 比賽前十名的國際隊伍以及前兩名的台灣隊伍，將晉級 12 月 8 - 9 號於台北舉行的 HITCON CTF Final (現場 Attack & Defense, 每隊 4 人)
- 主辦單位將 "部分" 補助前十名隊伍參加決賽所需之交通及住宿費用
- 2017 HITCON CTF 資格賽：
下列競賽之冠軍隊伍將自動晉級決賽，不需參與 11/4 舉辦之預賽
- Flag 形式為: hitcon{printable ascii+}
- 出題關主與工作人員均不列入成績計算
Contest Information
- The registration link is available from 10/28.
- Qualification is online jeopardy for 48 hours.
- Solving each problem will get certain points. Winners will be ranked by points.If the points are the same, the winners will be ranked by time of the last correct submission.
- Top 10 international teams and top 2 Taiwan teams will be invited to HITCON CTF Final on Dec 8-9 (Onsite Attack & Defense in Taipei, 4 players / team)
- We will "partially" support top 10 teams for their flight and accommodation.
- Currently 2017 HITCON CTF Qualifying Contests:
The champions of the following contests will pre-qualify directly for the final in December and do not need to participate in the preliminary in 4th November.
- Flag format: hitcon{printable ascii+}
- Game makers and staffs will not be counted in the ranking process.

決賽獎金
- 第一名獎金: $10,000 USD
- 第二名獎金: $5,000 USD
- 第三名獎金: $2,000 USD
- 臺灣隊伍特殊獎: $1,000 USD
Awards in final
- 1st place: $10,000 USD
- 2nd place: $5,000 USD
- 3rd place: $2,000 USD
- Special award for Top 1 Taiwan team: $1,000 USD
比賽注意事項
競賽期間，做出以下違規事項者將直接取消資格：
- 進行任何破壞競賽公平公正原則之行為
- 散播、與其它隊伍交換關卡金鑰
- 除競賽中提供的關卡外，禁止對競賽系統、參賽者及其它人員進行攻擊
每位參賽者最多僅能參與一個隊伍
Contest rules
During the contest, any of the following behaviors will lead to disqualification:
- Any behavior that compromises the fairness of contest
- Publishing, exchanging problem solutions
- Attacking any personnel, including participants and non-participants, or the contest system itself
Each player can only join one team
